Construction work on “Amalia” is now complete. Next door to the noted “Fensterschlass” building delivered by ICN in 2019, both projects showcase ICN’s know-how in the fulfilling complex, urban projects combining historic buildings and contemporary city living.

By choosing to keep and renovate the existing façades of both buildings, ICN was able to maintain and reinforce the character of Luxembourg’s historic cityscape and renew the design legacy within this protected area of the city. As one of the entry points to the pedestrian city-centre, both ensure luxury project value to investors and occupants, and revitalise a street that now offers more services and retail opportunities than ever before.

A quality living environment in a privileged location

As flagship projects within ICN projects’ portfolio, both projects are ideally located for users seeking a unique urban living and working experience. Well-being is always at the heart of ICN’s development concepts. Quality finishing and technical innovation combine to provide comfort and pleasure. The location means that everything is nearby, from shops to services to multiple mobility choices…to the central Municipal parks, as well as the Petrusse and Alzette river gorges, that ring the old town are only a few steps away.

Both projects include 24 residential units, 1.240 sqm of offices and 680 sqm of retail.

Later in 2022, Amalia’s ground floor will become ICN’s new Luxembourg HQ.
