LUXEMBOURG, July 1st 2022. Luxembourgish real estate group ICN announces to partner with the brand-new company, founded by Jan Coenegrachts, Seald for the development of the current projects in Belgium and in the Netherlands. Consequently, Nik Coenegrachts will become sole CEO of ICN.

 

This operational transformation is a new impetus aimed to give ICN the means to achieve its international growth ambition while respecting the company’s vision and values.

The ICN synergy RE fund (Reserved Alternative Investment Fund), founded and owned by the Coenegrachts’ brothers, will continue to focus on investing in high-end real estate projects in western Europe cities.
