The historical 60-windowed façade gave this iconic building in the heart of Luxembourg City Center its name, “Fënsterschlass”, or “Window Castle”. Inside this magnificent piece of art, the renowned architects Christian Bauer & Associés have designed unique living, working and commercial spaces, mixing historical character with a contemporary look and modern comfort. The balconies’ and windows’ delicate ironwork as well as the imposing entrance doors evoke the splendor of the building’s past.

Beautiful and inviting boutiques populate the ground floor, while spacious offices feature on the first floor. The four other levels are comprised of fully equipped apartments offering stunning views of the Boulevard Royal and the City Park.

ICN has teamed up with the nearby Hôtel Le Royal and a local Concierge service provider in order to offer additional exclusive services. Two electrical cars, provided and managed by Umify, ICN’s Start-Up for Mobility & Home, are available as shared cars for use by all residents.
