Real Estate Group ICN announces the listing of its EMTN programme (Euro Medium-Term Notes), issued by ICN Synergy RE SCA SICAV-RAIF, on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels.
The RAIF type-investment fund created by ICN in 2018 benefits from a European passport and allows the Fund to market its notes outside Luxembourg.
Euronext is the leading listing venue in Europe. This entrance will enable ICN to raise visibility and awareness about its real estate projects portfolio.
The group currently reports a pipeline of 1.3 billion Euro in turnover and counts over thirty high-end developments ongoing across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. And within the next two years, ICN will pursue their growth through the acquisition of projects in other selected cities, making its Europe-wide ambition a reality.
