On 28 September 2023 ICN held an Information meeting with its investors in the ICN Synergy RE I sub-fund at 5.30 pm at the ICN SYNERGY RE S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF registered office.

All the noteholders of the Sub-Fund were invited to this meeting.

This information meeting did not constitute a formal noteholder meeting and no formal decisions or resolutions have been taken at such meeting.

The agenda of the meeting covered the following areas: Economic and real estate market overview, ICN’s current economic situation, ICN’s strategy until 2028, the Calendar for the next meetings and a Q&A session.
