Amsterdam, 13^th June 2022 – Real estate developer ICN announces the strategic partnership with Dutch business development experts Ian Ruinen and Otto Rompelman. The partnership aims to expand ICN’s presence, project portfolio and network in The Netherlands, completing the Benelux coverage as part of pursuing its further international growth.

As partners in Immo Finance since 2013, Ian Ruinen and Otto Rompelman each have more than 20 years’ experience in real estate development, investment and finance. In its dedicated business development activities Immo Finance has successfully structured investments in The Netherlands in excess of EUR 2.3bn in cooperation with a.o. Swedish investor Heimstaden, US investor LCN Capital Partners and German financier Düsseldorfer Hypothekenbank.

This strategic partnership will provide ICN local expertise, to identify and structure new real estate business opportunities, acquire new projects and further establish the ICN brand in the Dutch market.

The Dutch market contains challenging opportunities matching ICN’s qualitative track record and ambition; “developing exceptional concepts at outstanding locations”. The changing housing demand feeds into the need to add one million units to the stock in the coming decade. Additionally, there is ongoing potential in the redevelopment of specific retail and office space as well as the transformation of (light) industrial areas. With primary focus on larger cities in the Randstad conurbation, the partnership targets appealing opportunities to grow ICN’s Dutch exposure.

ICN versterkt haar Nederlandse ontwikkelings-activiteiten door strategisch partnerschap met Ian Ruinen en Otto Rompelman (Immo Finance)

Amsterdam, 13 juni 2022 – Vastgoedontwikkelaar ICN kondigt de strategische samenwerking aan met de Nederlandse business developers Ian Ruinen en Otto Rompelman. Het partnerschap heeft tot doel de bekendheid, het projectportfolio en het netwerk van ICN in Nederland verder uit te breiden en daarmee de Benelux-dekking te completeren als onderdeel van ICN’s  internationale expansiestrategie.

Als partners in Immo Finance sinds 2013 hebben Ian Ruinen en Otto Rompelman elk meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in vastgoedontwikkeling, -investering en -financiering. Binnen haar toegewijde bedrijfsontwikkelingsactiviteiten heeft Immo Finance tot dusverre voor meer dan 2,3 miljard aan  investeringen in Nederland begeleid, in samenwerking met o.a. Heimstaden, LCN Capital Partners en de Düsseldorfer Hypothekenbank.
