Real Estate Developer ICN has appointed Laurent Jacquemart as Group CFO to support company’s growth and bring financial leadership.

 

Laurent will work closely with both ICN’s co-founders Nik and Jan Coenegrachts to implement a company long term strategy and accompany the firm in its further expansion. Laurent will also oversee the development of ICN real estate investment fund ICN Synergy RE whose investment value now exceeds 300 MEUR, representing more than 240.000 sqm in development potential.

Laurent brings more than 20 years’ experience in finance and real estate. Before joining ICN, he was CFO at Extensa Group in Belgium.

 

In addition, he will be supported by a newly created Capital Markets team composed of Hélène Schorr, Funding Manager and Romain Miette, Capital Markets Administrator.

The team will soon be consolidated by a Portfolio Manager to bolster fund activities and manage investor relations.
