ICN announces the listing of its EMTN (Euro Medium-Term Notes) programme on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange

Real Estate Group ICN announces the successful listing of its EMTN programme, issued by ICN Synergy RE SCA SICAV-RAIF, on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LUX SE). This launch will further drive ICN’s already rapid growth and boost development of its international activities.

ICN’s investment vehicle, a RAIF (Reserved Alternative Investment Fund), is now fully compliant with the high standards of the Luxembourg Financial Supervisory Authority, CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier). CSSF approval allows ICN to trade its notes via the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, world leader in international securities listings.

ICN has achieved significant growth over the last years despite the challenging context of the global health crisis. The group currently reports a pipeline of one billion Euro in turnover and counts over thirty high-end developments ongoing across Belgium and Luxembourg. And within the next two years, ICN will pursue its growth through the acquisition of projects in selected cities and entering new markets including the Netherlands and France, making its Europe-wide ambition a reality.

ICN’s projects are developed and managed by an operational arm, ICN Development, that already boasts a significant portfolio of delivered projects.
ICN Synergy RE S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF issues notes with attractive returns and are open to qualified investors with an affinity for real estate who are seeking to complete their investment portfolio with higher yielding quality products.

« The listing on the regulated market is a major step in our company history and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange is an ideal gateway to European Real Estate investors. We have always been trying to work with our investors to find unique solutions and we are convinced that the quality of our projects combined with the financial performance that our diversified investment portfolio offer will continue to attract investors. » said Nik Coenegrachts, co-founder and Director at ICN.

Luxembourg is a leading platform for pan-European and global fund distribution and is consistently rated “AAA” by all three major credit-rating agencies.
