ICN Development has concluded an acquisition agreement with Engels Group for their business premises in the centre of Antwerp. Engels Group will move to a distribution centre in Malle with more expansion possibilities, to support the growth of the company. ICN Development is looking forward to reorganizing the current site with a lot of care and respect to a new living and working environment. The redevelopment includes more than 10.000 m², where a various offer will be created and part of the authentic Engels-buildings will be preserved.

Besides Gent, is Antwerp for ICN Development a logical next step in their growth within the Belgian city centres.
