Faiencerie is located on the 253 years old Villeroy & Boch site in Luxembourg City, between the districts of Rollingergrund, Limpertsberg and Mühlenbach.
Eco-responsibly designed apartments, lofts and offices intersperse with childcare centers, sports facilities, cultural hubs, delicatessens, cosy restaurants and brasseries.
Imagined and designed by ICN Development in partnership with TRALUX IMMOBILIER and BESIX RED, Faiencerie will become a lively and dynamic district that makes the hearts of its occupants and its residents beat.

On Tuesday 18th of January 2022, the PAP (Plan d’Aménagement Particulier) and the concept of the Faïencerie project has been presented to the citizens during a public session organised by the city of Luxembourg.
