The Engels Project consists of the reconversion and renewal of a group of 15 buildings, occupied today by the Engels Group Company and some of its neighbours.

Situated in the city of Antwerp, between the popular “ ‘t Eilandje ” and the historical centre of Antwerp, the present main function as a trading hub and storage space is outdated.

This gives us a great opportunity for the creation of a modern residential neighbourhood, with sidewalks and courtyards livened up by spaces and facilities for working, shopping, eating, relaxing and playing.

This project will be divided in 4 different phases.
