The ‘Brouwerij Brosens’ site is a combination of several lots at the centre of Hoogstraten, a few hundred metres from the church and opposite the beguinage.
A part of the site is included on the Flanders Heritage List, more specifically a brewery and an associated house. This part will be restored and renovated, to give the site a new lease of life.
In addition to the heritage site, the project also focuses on new residential buildings with a green environment and semi-public places.
