The Route d’Arlon is one of the main arteries into the center o f the City of Luxembourg. It connects the west side of the Grand-Duchy and Belgium with the Municipal Park right into the heart of the City. ICN and the world-renowned office of Arquitectonica are planning a new 13,000 sqm development, including townhouses, apartments of all sizes, offices, ground floor shops and rooftop gardens with stunning views over the nearby Val Ste-Croix district. The Etoile tram station puts the future inhabitants of the impressive project at less than 5 minutes’ distance to the center of town, 10 minutes to the station, 10 minutes to the Kirchberg Business center and cultural attractions, to the airport and to the Cloche d’Or Business Hub.


The project will be developed and built in at least two phases. It will include exclusive services such as a Wellness and Fitness area, a conciergerie, and of course the Umify shared cars and bikes and Parcel-boxes.
