ICN Development has concluded an acquisition agreement with Engels Group for their business premises in the centre of Antwerp. Engels Group will move to a distribution centre in Malle with more expansion possibilities, to support the growth of the company. ICN Development is looking forward to reorganizing the current site with a lot of care and respect to a new living and working environment. The redevelopment includes more than 10.000 m², where a various offer will be created and part of the authentic Engels-buildings will be preserved.

ICN Development has joined forces this 27th November with BesixRed to redevelop the former Meyvaert factory on the northern docks in Ghent. This mainly residential project designed by Axent Architects will include commercial spaces on the ground floors as well as two green areas: a private garden for the inhabitants of the new buildings, and a public park which will be handed over upon completion to the City of Ghent.

Excavation works started on Wednesday, October 21st, on the site where Residence Charles, the fourth building of Parc Rischard, will stand proudly in about 24 months from today.

Last week the contractors have began with suspension and preparation works prior to the partial demolition of the buildings, which are currently standing on the building site of the future headquarters of ICN and its sister company ERA Immo Noord in Hoogstraten.

We are happy to announce that we have received on 16th June the official Building Permit from the City of Luxembourg for the 4th residence in Parc Rischard, Merl.
The building Charles, which includes 24 beautiful apartments, is scheduled to be delivered Mid-2022.

The ICN Development, Besix Red and Tralux Immobilier consortium acquires the Villeroy & Boch site in Luxembourg
On 3 December, the group of promoters ICN Development, TRALUX immobilier and BESIX RED signed the acquisition of the land on which Factory 1 of Villeroy&Boch was located, in Rollingergrund, Luxembourg (transfer of property through sale of shares of Rollingergrund Premium Properties). The City of Luxembourg had acquired Factory 2 in 2016.
